
What I offer as a coach
Unique Experience
I offer an opportunity to have deep and intense conversations that we so crave as humans but for some reason we’re not having. By accessing our innate somatic intelligence in the body we can tap into an infinite amount of insight and often reach clarity in unexpected ways.
My zany life experiences combined with a plethora of training modalities lend to my unique perspective. I offer this in the form of a partnership, as a way to challenge and stretch your thoughts and belief system to find out if they are your thoughts and beliefs. From here you can decide if you want to keep them or create your own.
Accountability
This is the heart of coaching, and it has many forms. A brief weekly email check in between sessions, or specific tasks with deadlines (aka homework). If you want pressure, I’ll add some and if not I’ll let you know I’m here and then back off. If something is just not getting done, then that is an excellent opportunity to zoom in and see what is lurking beneath and holding you back from doing what you said you wanted to do. Some topics are more exploratory in nature and may not need accountability steps, however this is one key piece to moving towards your goals.
Safe Space
We’ll build an alliance and talk about boundaries. Is it okay to curse? Is it okay to laugh? You tell me what you need in order to trust. Once established, the boundaries of that container will be stretched and tested in an effort to explore your potential. Expect some discomfort at times and know that that is part of growth.
Tangible Resources
There’s a lot of valuable information out there, however unfortunately most of it isn’t easily accessible. Maybe you’ve heard of a method, philosophy, supplement or other practice that you’d like to know more about. I’m happy to leave you with as many of my carefully curated resources as an appendage to the sessions.
Measured Clarity
Clarity could be a goal of its own, and when reached can be felt immediately by a dissipation of anxiety, depression, general mental anguish and malaise. It can be experienced as a lightness throughout the body and psyche. We will measure your clarity on any given topic at the beginning of the engagement and keep track of it throughout.

12 Sessions
You’ve dabbled with coaching before and you know that to create true change you need to do more than dip your toes.
During this engagement we clarify where you are now and where you want to go, in great detail. Ideally these sessions occur weekly. With your commitment to this schedule, and more importantly yourself, I’ll ask provocative questions, offer alternative perspectives and together we will hold you accountable for what happens in between sessions. This is enough time to change old habits and beliefs and create new ones that serve you better.
The Moxie
20 Sessions
If you’re committed and ready to reach a perceived impossible goal, then fire up your moxie and let’s rock and roll. No more games.
You’ve dabbled with various modalities, joined some online groups and it just hasn’t cut it. With “The Moxie”, we dive deep into one big goal, clarify your “why” and define what your ideal outcome would look like. Endurance is needed, but you’re in it to win it. As your partner I will help you when the going gets rough and remind you of your “why”, and I will celebrate you with each win, no matter how small. As humans, by nature we resist what is uncomfortable and takes effort. I will gently question any excuses and help increase your tolerance to the inevitable discomfort that is attached to achieving goals. Together we’ll find alternative ways to keep you moving forward.
